My comitment and passion to this work developed after I contracted a life threatening disease in India. I had to learn a new way to live. My health became my number one priority. To my delight I discovered that every other area of my life improved too!

Sure, I have days where I fall off the wagon just like everyone else but I’m committed to getting back up and living my truth. I teach kindness and compassion as way to achieve your health and fitness goals. We’re already hard enough on ourselves and a little bit of love goes a long way!
